Victorian Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Collaborative

The purpose of the Victorian Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Collaborative (the Collaborative) is to provide support to palliative care Nurse Practitioners (NP), Nurse Practitioner Candidates (NPC) and Master of Advanced Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner) (MoAN(NP)) students in the state of Victoria. This is achieved by providing regular forums, educational resources, a mentorship program and networking opportunities, as well as assisting with the development of the Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) role in Victoria. Whilst the target group for the Collaborative is NPs, NPCs and MANP(NP) students, nurses working in advanced practice palliative care roles i.e. Clinical Nurse Consultants are also welcome to attend.
