We held our final Victorian Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Collaborative Forum for 2019 today.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary and our 40th forum.
Presentations included an update from the Department of Health, information regarding St Vincent's Community Connect project, a case study and a trip down memory lane.
